As a registered Dartfish product owner, you receive a period of complimentary, technical support.  The support period begins with the delivery of your product.  The length of the complimentary support period depends on the version of the product you purchased and whether it is a first-time purchase or an upgrade to a Dartfish product you already own.

Premium Support includes the Standard Support package features plus phone support, remote desktop support, support for advanced imaging devices including IP cameras, Blackmagic H.264 Pro recorder, and Basler cameras as well as a guaranteed 1 business day response time.

The Dartfish Premium Support Agreement is available to new and existing Dartfish customers only, and is subject to the Dartfish Support Terms and Conditions.  The Dartfish Premium Support Agreement is available on an annual basis.

Dartfish technical support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST as described at http://support.dartfish.com/Offers.aspx.

Technical support access will come through registration of a valid license in the Dartfish Customer Care portal and includes premium e-mail support, telephone support, as well as remote desktop support.
